This small village is dominated by an ancient parish church with a spire bell-tower. The castle of Lamole presents all the characteristics of a fort. Before arriving in the small town we can admire the splendid Palace of Vignamaggio, dating from the Renaissance times and surrounded by a magnificent park. Near Vignamaggio, there are the ancient Parish of San Niccoló and the Oratory of S. Maria della Neve of Montagliari, built in the XVII century. A powerful portico, supported by square columns, surrounds the parish.
